Marine Litter Watch Web Report
Litter, particularly plastic, is accumulating in our seas and coasts. Information and data on marine litter are essential for tackling it. Since 2013, the European Environment Agency is implementing Marine Litter Watch (MLW), a citizen science initiative to strengthen Europe’s knowledge base and thus support European policy implementation.
